Why Listen to Me?

Leadership isn't built through titles - it's built through how you think, lead yourself, and show up consistently.

I stepped into my first leadership role at 23 and quickly learned that being given responsibility is not the same as being prepared to lead. That realization led me to invest deeply in developing the skills, mindset, and self-awareness required to lead with intention.

That commitment accelerated my growth, leading to three promotions in three years - from Sales Team Lead to Regional Sales Manager within fast-paced, high-performance sales environments.

But my experience didn't stop in corporate.

Today, I operate in two worlds. As a Leadership & High Performance Coach, I work with small business owners and mid-to-senior level leaders across industries - while also leading a team within a boutique Real Estate advisory. This dual perspective is what sets my work apart.

I'm not coaching from theory or outdated experience. I actively navigate the same leadership dynamics my clients face - leading in high-performance environments, making decisions under pressure, developing people, and driving results.
